Rustic flooring contains all the color and knot characteristics of the specific species, often including rift, quarter sawn, and burl cuts. Knots may be large or small, split or pitted, but sound and selected for its beauty. Also called millrun grading. This grade is used primarily to create a farm house, cottage, relaxed, or informal décor. Moderately priced, making it a wood floor lovers dream.
